The latest relocation trend has been for people to move out of the city into suburbs and that’s why people are moving [...] Loveland was named the Arts & Hearts capital of Colorado, it was also voted the number one place in the nation to “Revitalize your Life,” by AARP Magazine, It has ranked in the top eight “Great Art Destinations” in the U.S. The primary crops in the area were sugar beets and sour cherries. Like most of the towns during the first half of the 20th century, Loveland had its economy based in agriculture.
